Distillers Cut is the self-produced base alcohol from regional potato cultivation in the Vulkaneifel.
Colour: transparent.
Nose: delicate, sweet citrus notes of mandarin accompanied by a slight spiciness and herbs, as well as a subtle note of juniper.
Taste: at the beginning there is again the wonderful mandarin, which is soon surrounded by spicy herbs with a pleasant, unobtrusive sweetness.
